1. Facility for manual charging of closing spring shall also be provided .

the
motor rating shall be such that it required preferably not more than 30 secs
for full charging of the closing spring.
2. Provision for short circuit and overload protection for voltage transformers
against external short circuit shall be made. The same shall be installed in a
separate marshalling box .Transformer shall be able to sustain full line to line
voltage without saturation of transformer.
