WHAT DO I NEED? Pencils, a sketchook, headphones, snacks

We are super lucky here at CHS to have an awesome arsenal of art supplies. However, you’re more than welcome to bring in a personal set of any type of art supply so that you don’t have to share with anyone but yourself, and maybe your table besties. FYI- It may be necessary for you to bring in specific items if you have an independent project idea.

HOW DOES THIS CLASS WORK? SELF-MOTIVATION

All unit art projects are due by the end of each marking period. If a project is not completed (without an agreed upon replacement) or a less- than-stellar grade is received, a student may redo or rework a project up until the end of the marking period and it will be happily accepted. A final exam, written &/or creative will be given at the end of each semester to evaluate student success, in addition to their portfolio of artwork created throughout the year.
