Issue #3 (4 points):
o Proper application of relevant case law, statute or
theory - 4 pts
(Or correct analysis, wrong result 2 pts)
Grammar/Spelling/Formatting (5 points)
-5 points
Making sure there are no grammatical/spelling errors
Paper is properly formatted, as set forth in the
instructions for the assignment
Submitting the assignment:
Double-check to be sure you followed the instructions and met
the page limits
Get a friend to proofread the paper for mistakes
Assignments are due at the beginning of class
If you will not be attending class, papers must be emailed by the
beginning of class
