Production Capacity and Forecast

The amount of product that will be created will depend on the kind of the product and
how critical the preferred details and designs of the customer are. Based on the product with
simple details and designs, 137 hair bows, 136 hairclips, 76 coin purses, 57 bookmarks, 61 cell
phone holders, 20 sling bags and 21 shoulder bags can be produced per month. After 1 year of
business operation, the production capacity is expected to increase by 10% depending on the
kind of the product. The proponents of the business also expect that the customers demand for
the product will increase.

Production Process
1. Sling Bags
Materials: 1 yard petticoat, , a pack of thread, a needle, a pair of scissors, a needle, 1
yard of zipper, zipper lock, 2 bond paper-sized felt cloth if the purpose is for the frame, and

Prepare all the materials needed.

Cut the petticoat and felt cloth according to the desired size and design.
Sew the frame of the bag.
Sew the cut design to the bag.
Sew the zipper.
After the procedure, the finish product will be displayed to the shop.

2. Shoulder Bags
Materials: 1 yard of canvas cloth,1 yard petticoat, a pack of thread, a needle, a pair of
scissors, 1 yard of zipper, 2 bond paper-sized felt cloth if the purpose is for design
