AISHA HABEEB

Greetings,

Due to my strong desire to enhance the development of women, families, and children I have
spent more than 3 years working and assisting in the development of Save A Girl, Save A World
(SAGSAW), a non-profit mentoring program for disadvantaged young women. As SAGSAW's
Program Manager, I focus on developing and sustaining a three-way mentor/mentee relationship
between high school and college girls and professional women. I really enjoy being a part of
their support system, assisting the young women as they navigate life's challenges and being able
to discuss our individual roadmaps based on our various real-life experiences.

In addition, my background also includes:

Over eight years office administration and customer service experience
Admirable knowledge of social work policies and procedures including those related to school
settings
Expert Microsoft Office Software knowledge
Ability to hire, train and manage a staff of up to fifteen employees including youth
Experience in organizing and implementing volunteer recruitment and management
Excellent communication and personable skills

Furthermore, I possess the ability to organize and prioritize effectively as it relates to meeting
deadlines and servicing the internal and external customers. My ultimate goal is to provide service that result in initial attempt satisfaction.

Sincerely,

Aisha Habeeb
