Enestecontexto,eldirectordelInstitutoNacionaldelDerechodeAutorofrecialautorpresentareltextoalSenadocomoparmetroparaempezaraatenderel
temadelaobraaudiovisualydelosbeneficiosquedaraaMxicolaproteccindelosartistaseintrpretes.
Porsuparte,ArturoAnconadetallqueentrelasobrasprotegidasporlapropiedadintelectualenMxico,unodelosgrandesorgulloseslaobraaudiovisualu
obracinematogrfica,laspelculasfilmadasdurantelapocadeoro:Laperla,Maclovia,Macario,Nosotroslospobresymuchasmsapesardehabersido
filmadasenblancoynegro,enunapocaenlaquenoexistaeladelantotecnolgicodehoy,lograroncaptarescenasdegrandesmaticeseimpactosensorial,
lascualesformanpartedellegadoculturalnacionalyuniversal.
