Employment Prospects after MMS/MBA:

Today the Corporate World is expecting their employees to perform their task and
discharge their reponsiblities in such a way that which is Win-Win situation for both of
them.
In view of the same Management Colleges has to produce the students who can
meet the Today's Challenges of Corporate World and it is possible through giving
practical exposure towards the environment of Corporate. Hence devising the Course
Curriculam and Co-curricular activities in any Management College needs to be given
priority along the side of Academics. Skill sets like, Presentation, Communication,
Analytical, Reasoning etc., are basic requirements of any company.
An opportunity to get corporate exposure can be provided to the students through
Internship Programmes. Students who take up this training are supposed to work for
certain time period in the company to learn and understand the Culture, Working
Atmosphere, Style of Management in dealing with the things etc.,
Today, Management Colleges has to create an atmosphere of Corporate World in
the class room, making them to feel and behave like a Executives. Current affairs of
domestic and international level in different sectors, Guest lectures from Corporates to
bring in their vast experience and Case method teaching will help the students to
enhance their Skills and Knowledge transformation need to be done in the classroom
virtually.
Job market is expecting the candidates who are already trained and who needs
only polishing of their knowledge can absolutely fit into their roles of the organization.
