Created meal plans based on 2-week menu cycle all foods/beverages entered in NDSR Software, by weight in grams,
to meet specific bionutrition study protocols for macronutrients and/or micronutrients per subjects weight (in kilograms).
o NVC (high sodium) diet plans for NASA bed rest studies in the flight analog research unit (FARU)
o Effects of protein distribution and amino acid supplementation (leucine vs. alanine) on muscle protein synthesis.

with multiple nutrition modifications.
