Registration fee is $10 per player.

Forms & money should be turned in at the Neola Area
Community Center.
Each age division will be limited to 8 teams, so get your forms
turned in as soon as possible. Each registered player will receive
Hoo Doo Dollars that are good for many Hoo Doo activities
throughout the weekend. Age division champions will receive
medals. There will be a concession stand available for food and

drinks. Each player will need to have a consent form signed by a

parent on the day of the tournament. These forms will be emailed
