Curly Crochet Ponytail Holder

(and/or Package Topper)

Curly Ponytail holders are fun to make and wear.

Crocheting the curls is quick and addictive
youll be able to make several of these in a very
short amount of time! Use traditional Christmas
greens and reds for the perfect accent to a special
Christmas outfit or make them in favorite colors
that can be worn anytime. With the wide range
of DMC Pearl Cotton colors available, there are
no limits! Also for a special bonus gift, use this
ponytail holder as a package topper.
Materials
2 skeins DMC Pearl Cotton 208 , 335, 503 and
725 (or colors of your choice)
Crochet Hook Size: 3.5 mm
Elastic Ponytail Holder
Scissors
Instructions
Short Curl (make 1 in each color)
Row 1: Ch 31, turn.
Row 2: Skip first ch, *2 sc in next ch, sc in next
ch, repeat from * to the end. Twist into spiral
Medium Curl (make 1 in each color)
Row 1: Ch 45, turn.
Row 2: Skip first ch, *2 sc in next ch, sc in next
ch, repeat from * to the end. Twist into spiral
Long Curl (make 1 in each color)
Row 1: Ch 61, turn.
Row 2: Skip first ch, *2 sc in next ch, sc in next
ch, repeat from * to the end. Twist into spiral.

Tie the curls to the ponytail holder using the

loose ends, mixing up the color and sizes randomly. Trim excess thread.
Voila! Project finished!
