This refers to the contract agreement signed by for shuttering for mumty and
mumty slab casting at D-1012/9 Indira Nagar Lucknow. This agreement was
signed by you on 13th March 2015
2. The important feature of shuttering as agreed by is that the shuttering shall be
perfectly levelled and leak proof with zero leakage;
3. Till date you have failed to meet your commitment as at (2) above. The
indicative photographs are enclosed.
4. On 1.6.2015, you had visited the sight and assured to complete the task within
two days failing which you would take back all the shuttering materials after
paying the money taken by you. The total money as signed by you taken so far
amounts to Rs 11800/=
5.Today is 13th of June 2015 i.e. 12 days have passed after your visit and there
is no trace of either you or else your staff for executing the job.
6. The whole working area and tge area where the construction work apart from
mumty has to continue has become a dump yard with your shuttering materials
causing hinderance in work and the progress of work has stopped.
7.You are once again requested to kindly

As promised on 1.6.15 , take back your shuttering materials after paying Rs

11800/=
Clear off the dump yards created by you on terrace , lobby ,rooms and
infront of house
Compensate for the losses due to delay by 4 months
Pay storage charges for 4 months for the dump created by you, most of the
dump is irrelevant to the mumty shuttering works.

8. In your own interest you are requested to take action promptly to avoid
increase of your delay/losses
