RE: Breach of Contract
Dear Mr. Schlesinger,
You are hereby PUT ON NOTICE that as of 1/10/2014 you are in anticipatory breach of
our contract dated 26/12/2013. The nature of said breach is:
Section: Loan
Description: You have failed to meet the loan performance deadline of 3000.00 due
January 10, 2014
It is our desire to inform you of the foregoing and afford you the opportunity to cure said
breach. You may in any event be held responsible for all damages arising from said
breach.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that unless the breach is remedied within 14 days
of this letters date, I will take action to protect my rights under the Contract (UCC) and
under any applicable law. All of my rights reserved under this notice.
