They are certified by the TOV as mesting s EN/IS0 13849-1. in mechanical configuration they are identical tothe existing TLS-GD2 range withthe exception ‘that they include an adtional RFID door target which s mounted case coupled with the supple fly-exsble actuator ‘These switches have bul in microprocessor technology and have two channel OS80 solid-state outputs, Locking/uniocking is achieved using a logic level signal input. The RFID door target is uniquely coded and provides ‘the intemal microprocessor with aditional door position information. Therefore, in the event of a broken or rasng actuator key the microprocessor wil shut down the OSSD safety outputs. This extra functionality enables performance levels to EN/ISO 13849-1 tobe reached as thee s no rellance on faut exclusion fora broken or imissng actuator key. ‘The TLS-G02 range are positive mode, tongue operated, guard locking interlock switches that can lock & machine guard closed until power i jolted and ensure that remains tolated wile the guard f open.
