Notes:

All payments under different heads are to be made through Demand Draft drawn in favour of The
Institution of Engineers (India), payable at Kolkata. However, payments may be accepted in cash at the
Cash Counter of the Headquarters for items 1, 9, 10 and 11 only.
For item 5, payment must be made through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Birla Institute of
Technology, payable at Ranchi.

The prescribed fee structure may be revised by the Council/host institute and such revision shall be notified
through IEI News.
* In addition, the candidates are required to meet expenses for their stay at host institute as per rules of the
institute.
