The 2.75 Cased Hole cement bond log tool utilizes a single acoustic transmitter and dual acoustic receivers spaced at 3 feet and 5 feet. This positioning,
along with the Probe Technology design of transmitting the data allows for
maximum accuracy in evaluating the integrity of the cement bond.
The 2.75 bond tool utilizes oil filled canisters, which contain the ceramic transmitters and receivers. Each canister may be serviced individually which is a
tremendous time saver when the tool requires service. The instrument is a robust design allowing for excellent stability in the hostile environments of oil and
gas wells.
The 2.75 bond tool can be run in combination with Gamma-Ray/CCL, Neutron,
or Compensated Neutron. The telemetry system will allow for a single log pass.
