Silver car and a trailer on the back with the Frozen characters listed.
A man rolled down his window and motioned for a student to come over. The
student left and told a clerk at recess. The car drove away.

A parent was motioned over to the car as well and expressed concerns about
strangers in the parking lot.

After police arrived and talked through the situation, we discovered that it was local
church advertising their event happening that weekend. The police officer had
conversation with the church and employee.
