Description
This video explains
drinking and the harm it
can cause to people. For
example, a woman
called Victoria White has
drank heavily seen she
was a teenager and that
caused her to have liver
failure. Also, it isnt the
first time she been sent
to an hospital because of
drinking, in fact, five
years earlier she had the
same problem. The only
difference is that this
time she has a major
possibility of dying. A
doctor said, nine million
people are affected by
the harm alcohol
causes.
This website explains
about the fact of the risk
that alcohol brings to
people. For example,
statistics shows that
12% of a glass of white
wine and 4% of a pint of
lager can affect a
persons mind and body.
Also, it shows what
alcohol does to the
human body. For
example, three glasses
of white wine or lager
makes a person liver
work harder. Lastly binge
drinking increases the
risk of heart attack,
vomiting when persons
sick. A person could
breathe in his or her own
vomit and suffocate if he
or she is too drunk.

Evaluation
The program, Dying
for a Drink, was
helpful because it
explained the
damage that drinking
too alcohol can
cause.

This website was

helpful because it
explains the effect of
alcohol brings. This is
also a good source
because it comes
from NHS, which is
good to read.

seem as much.
This website explain the

Furthermore, it shows

This website explains
how drinking too much
alcohol can cause people
to eat too much food.
For example, it shows in
this article that, About

drank alcohol said
crossing the threshold

fast food. Also, it shows
that a reporter said,
Drinking more than
three large glasses of
wine can push people
over a "tipping point",
meaning they consume
about 6,300 extra
calories in the following
24 hours.

I did a questionnaire in

binge drinking.
This book explains to me
the reason why young
people feel the need to
binge drink. For
example, it says that
some people were
brought up in a society
where alcohol is used a
lot. Also, it says that
young women, in
particularly, drink more
than young men
because of depression
due to having their selfconfidence destroyed or
being focused on weight
by men.
I texted my sister, who is
in university, and asked
for her opinions on why
she believes that young
people drink. I also
asked her how young
people could reduce
their problem. She said
that they should seek
help from a adult in
order to reduce their
problems.

else, she replied that
young people drink due
to peer pressure or for
fun.

because I got to find

another teenager
based on the topic of
binge drinking.
