Transfer information from a recorded text to a chart (table)

Aims of the lesson

Revise the new vocabulary by quiz.


Read conversation and know about different types of it (open and close).
Transfer a text in to table then from table into conversation.

Students prior knowledge:

Students are aware about the poem and they classify it as literature.
Students are able to identify the rhyming words and they can give examples.
Students learn the new vocabulary such as; poem, poet, painting, painter,

biographer, biographer and they can define them.


Students read the poem and they understand the concept.

Revise the new vocabulary by quiz.

Personal focus for this lesson (PDP):


I am focusing on using appropriate eye contact and body language in order to manage
the class and move from activity to another.
