Set up Chart
Admit pt in O2
Device select pt to correct monitor/bed
Admit to Obix to correct monitor/bed
Review Prenatal Records
Verify pt name w/ ID band
Have pt void and change into gown
Dip urine
Notify physician of pt arrival
Notify Anesthesia (DO NOT INIATE INDUCTION
OF LABOR UNTIL ALL CONSENTS ARE DONE
AND LABS ARE SENT DOWN)
Hook pt up to Ultrasound and TOCO, if applicable
Witness Dr. OB Consent Form
Start IV, draw labs, and send with Requisitions
Draw Pink, Purple, Green, and Yellow top tubes
Head to Toe Assessment
Complete Admit/Triage Navigator
Complete Baby Consents
Review Orders
Set up the warmer
