This letter is to express my interest in the position as a Registered Practical Nurse at

Trillium Mississauga in the Orthopedic or Stroke Unit. I am an enthusiastic, motivated and have
recent experience in the orthopedic unit, rehab unit and acute care for the elderly unit all within a
hospital settings. I believe this experience will make me a great fit within your team. I have the
skills necessary to contribute to excellent patient care at your health care facility and I am willing
to learn.
During my clinical experience at Trillium Mississauga and William Osler Health Care
System I was able to obtain a wide range of nursing skills while developing my critical thinking
skills. My pre graduate experience at Trillium Mississauga on 1J orthopedic allowed me to
practice as a nursing student, but feel like a full time nurse. I was able to work with a full patient
load with minimal supervision from my preceptor.
