    Initially, the Court collected filing fees, but failed to register the filing of the Petition. Now, following a protest letter to Supreme Court Presiding Justice, the electronic records were altered, but again, with no honest registration of the Petition and no indication, who altered the records, and under what legal authority. Subject matter of the Petition itself is the large-scale fraud in the electronic record systems (including Net HaMishpat), which were implemented in the Israeli courts over the past decade, under the tenure of Aharon Barak and Dorit Beinisch as Presiding Justices of the Supreme Court. Based on the Human Rights Alert submission, the 2013 UN Human Rights Council report (2013) regarding Human Rights in Israel, concluded, “Lack of integrity in the electronic records of the Supreme Court, the district courts, and the detainees courts in Israel” (paragraph 25).
