Activity 1: Cardiovascular Endurance- 1.6 Kilometre run

1.6 KM Run: TREMENDOUS.


On the 18th Of May I conducted the 1.6km run. I
attained a time of 6 minutes 18 Seconds. I am 15
Years old of April this year which lets me fall
into the 15 year old category. The Tremendous
time is 6 minutes 29 seconds and I achieved 11
seconds faster which means that I fall into this
category.

Muscular Strength- Push ups

PUSH UPS: TREMENDOUS


On the 29th Of May I completed the Muscular
Strength challenge. You needed to do as many
push ups as you were physically capable of in 30
seconds. For a 15 year old in Tremendous you
needed to complete excess of 21 in 30 seconds. I
achieved a score of 35 which allows me to fall
under the category Tremendous.

Muscular Endurance- One Leg Wall Sit

MUSCULAR ENDURANCE: TREMENDOUS


On the 29th Of May I completed the Muscular Endurance challenge.
You needed to hold a one legged wall sit position as long as you
were physically capable of. For a 15 year old in Tremendous you
needed to complete excess of 76 seconds in the position without
stopping. I achieved a score of 76 (and stopped) which allows me to
fall under the category Tremendous.

Flexibility Test: Sit & Reach

FLEXIBILITY TEST: TREMENDOUS


On the 29th Of May I completed the Flexibility challenge. You needed to
place your feet on a wooden box and lay your legs flat. You than stretched
your arms as far as you could pushing the metal rectangle as far as possible.
For a 15 year old in Tremendous you needed to complete excess of 120
centimetres in the stretching position (hold position for 3 seconds). I achieved
a score of 120 which allows me to fall under the category Tremendous.
