Each candidate has their own dominant motives. The dominant motives of humankind
involve either freedom or fear; there are no other pathways in everyones psychology. One
demands engagement with true self and ambitions, and inevitably leads to independence,
growth, happiness, and transcendence. Charley Adams is a self-confidence person that can
handle problems easily by himself and compromising quickly without making the problem
getting bigger. He also authentic and develop trust relationships with their followers. He
believes in teamwork and making the team very effective and productive. Furthermore, he
appreciates every employee with their achievements and this encourages them to be more
innovative and creative. When it comes to healthy relationships, there is no one-size-fits-all
advice. Relationships require a willingness to adapt and change as well as skills in
communication and emotional awareness. A good relationship is more than something we
wantits something we need to be our happiest, healthiest, most productive selves. But at
home or work, supportive, fulfilling relationships dont come automatically. They take an
investment in time and energy as well as social skills that can be learned like Charley Adams.

Human kind has always felt the need to own luxurious items in order to show their
social status. Besides, Ray Johnson enjoy his life very well with luxurious lifestyle. An
