Key Deliverables
Providing analytics support in the area of C&B to internal partners globally by supporting
retirement processes such as reviewing fund managers reports, allocating asset percentages
to fund managers and measuring participation success of Smart Saving program.
Ensuring payroll reports are downloaded and sent to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
Tracking premium payment charged by trust manages and approving their invoices.
Designing and implementing robust reporting tools which significantly reduce the overall
turnaround time and increased accuracy.
Maintaining and updating benefits repository for all American Express markets.
Noteworthy Milestones
Successfully lead transition for 40 US Retirement processes and got HR Star Award for
Q4,2014.
Co-lead Smart Saving Pilot Program in India. This was intended to create awareness about
basics of saving and goal planning.
Created automated sheets for validating various aspects of US 401(k) Retirement Plan. The
sheets tests critical limits like 415 limit, 402(g) limit, rollover of amount from RSP to RRP etc.
Designed SharePoint site for my team to showcase stakeholders about the capability in the
team to pick and automate processes.

Created ISS Modeler for Executive Compensation Team to measure the functioning of
executive compensation plans in American Express.
Built UK Pension Modeler which helps in forecasting pension budget requirement uptil 5 years
depending on employees contribution
Performing manual calculations for quality check for the participants benefits.
Knowledge of working on E-prisms web, E-prisms template tool and E-prisms reporter tool.
Working on the payroll files for the participants and loading their compensation and hours
after several checks.
Handling the Electronic Data files (Payroll files) for critical clients.

processes for very demanding clients.

Handling the Retirement and Termination Process following start to end process for retirement and
termination for Wells Fargo.
Handling the Payroll Files: Resolving the edits after the payroll files are loaded in the system.
Performing manual calculation of pension benefits for participants of Wachovia and Wells Fargo.
Performing Active Survey Analysis, Verbatim Analysis and C-Sat Analysis for providing feedback
to the associates based on these analyses.
