My education and experience provide the ability to effectively allocate resources, train and develop people, analyze
current trends and processes, and make decisions with foresight and integrity. My blend of academic projects, public
and private sector positions, and military work experience are rich in analysis, process improvement, negotiation, and
public speaking. My degree in management and human resources provided a vision and framework to understand work
force pipelines and mechanisms to connect people to careers. Most recently, my public administration education
advanced my ability to oversee programs, identify and meet mission objectives, recognize social constructs, manage
resources, interact with diverse teams, and synthesize, analyze, and solve problems.
