My name is Andie Neufeld, I am a recent graduate of Richard Montgomery High School, and I will be
attending The University of Oregon in the fall of 2015. Throughout my 4 years in high school, I developed
skills that will ensure my success in the future. I would consider myself approachable, focused, determined,
adaptable, as well as being creative, friendly, and quick on my feet. I am able to commute either by
personal transportation or public transportation.

The Halls of Richard Montgomery

Co-Founder & Head of Photography

The Halls of Richard Montgomery is a first year cultural appreciation and school outreach club, at Richard
Montgomery High School. As an International Baccalaureate, our goal was to draw attention to the
diversity within our schools halls. As Co-Founder and Head of Photography, I was the main photographer,
I ran a network of about 20 counterparts as well as making The Halls Of Richard Montgomery amongst the
top clubs at our school, with over 800 Facebook Likes.
Founding Farmers: Montgomery County

Greeter (Second Level Hostess)

Founding Farmers is the most booked restaurant on OpenTable, ever. As a Greeter one is in charge of
making, confirming and handling all reservations, phone calls, customer complaints, while checking
guests in for their reservation and giving the guest a wait time. All while in a very fast paced work
environment.

At my last job, as a hostess at Founding Farmers Montgomery county, I am responsible for all incoming
calls regarding reservations, to-go orders, customer complaints, and questions.

Being an employee at an extremely quick paced restaurant requires each person to constantly be ready
to attack any problems that may arise.

Im have the ability to maneuver myself around technical difficulties regarding, landlines, cell phones,
tablets, computers, and many other different types of technology.

I am a strong believer in reaching out for help, where I am always looking to improve my work ethic as
well as experience.
