M-Step

Testing
Below you will find our testing days and times. Please try your best
to make sure your son/daughter is in school on these days and that
he/she has gotten a good nights sleep. Thank you so much!

Monday, May 18th (tomorrow) - ELA test 1 9:00- 12:30

Wednesday, May 20th ELA Performance Task 1:30 2:40

Thursday, May 21st ELA Test 2 10:30 12:30 (and possibly afternoon)

Tuesday, May 26th Math Test 1 1:15- 3:45

Monday, June 1st Math Performance Task 10:30 11:30

Monday, June 1st Math Test 2 1:15 3:45


As a class, we have talked A LOT about perseverance and doing the best you
can do! These tests are going to be a LONG and MENTALLY DRAINING. So as a
class, we made a plan and set goals to help us get through it.


The index card stapled into your childs planner is your childs plan/goal of
what to do BEFORE M-step testing and DURING M-step testing. Please keep
these in your childs planner because I will be collecting them on Monday and
reminding them of their plan/goal during testing. I will be their personal
cheerleader, cheering them on to stay motivated and persevere through
testing! Our motto is I CAN do it!
