Spring 2015 | Issue 1

DC Public Libraries

For the recent release of INSURGENT, the Lionsgate team contacted 26

library branches in the Washington, D.C. area of the Martin Luther King, Jr.
library system. The libraries distributed t-shirts, one sheets and screening
passes to teen services, which hosted INSURGENT screenings.
The Divergent sequel, INSURGENT, has reached a domestic total of $120
million as of April 19, 2015.
If you have any upcoming screenings that are children or family focused,
this is a great opportunity to partner with DCPL to give them promotional
items, host a contest or invite them to a screening. One excellent potential
film could be PITCH PERFECT 2 for consideration. Please contact Andy
Rubenstein for the DCPLs contact information.
