Pros and Cons

Pros:

- Strong economy
- Strong military
- Environmentally friendly

- generous to hard working people

- Physically, mentally and emotionally strong people

Cons :
Blames other races for Weimer Germany's problems and social injustices (In
reality it was capitalism)
- Imperialistic militarily (Lebensraum)
- use of terror tactics on political enemies (Gestapo and such)
- Little Freedom of speech

Relationship with 1984

1984 and Nazi Germany are very similar because like
the Jews they were alienated and so were the people in Oceania. they were
also put to death for what they though about the party. The kids were taught
the same way to spy on the parents and to tell the though police if they had
said something wrong about that party that was in control. Both 1984 and
Nazi Germany had leaders that had total control over everyone they were so
powerful that people believed anything they said. Even if something never
happened the party would make you believe that something happened.

In Germany, Adolf Hitler had the same

type of government as that of 1984. He had total control over everyone.

Hitler had many innocent people killed because of
there religion such as Jews. the Jews were isolated because they had a
different religion. Hitler had the Jews put into concentration camps. He put
them to death if they didn't do what he wanted them to do. the people had
no freedom of speech or right to choose there leader. Like 1984 they
couldn't say what they wanted because the thought police was going to
take actions against them

Differences..
The differences between the two would be the time period, Nazi party came
in control a lot earlier than 1984. They location for both is different but
both are located in Europe. Plus the number of people that were executed
was different, Hitler is responsible for killing around 11 million people! And
in 1984 the government didnt put people into concentration camps like
they were under the Nazi rule

What couldve been done..

I believe all the superpowers of the world during that time period shouldve

done something about Hitler and his party and they lives of many innocent
people couldve been saved. Even America did help towards the end, I
strongly believe if the had gotten together to prevent such inhumane
incidents than those 11 million people that were killed wouldve have been
the target of Nazi party. Everyone knows whats right and wrong but the sad
part is not many people stand up when they see something wrong taking
especially when 11 million people were killed for no reason, we all have to
stand together and prevent such events from taking place.
