Target & purpose of brochure

General public
To inform the public of procedures that are
conducted on animals in research.
Alternatives available to testing.
To persuade individuals to take action.

Overview:

Animal testing is the act of performing procedures on


living animals for the purpose of research, such as in
biology, notably things like diseases and testing the
effectiveness of new medical products. In addition,
animal testing also occurs in the home and beauty
products industry like cosmetics and household
cleaners. Furthermore, most of these actions can cause
the animals physical and psychological distress, and in
most cases even death.
