CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, RANILO JOSE SIOSON , married of legal age, Filipino citizen , and a resident of
Beverly Hills Subd., Culis, Hermosa, Bataan, as hereinafter to as a LESSOR and MA.
TERESITA C. TOLENTINO , married of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Palihan ,
Hermosa, Bataan , and hereinafter to as a LESSEE;
WITHNESSETH
1.

That RANILO JOSE SIOSON is the owner of a parcel of land located at Palihan ,
Hermosa, Bataan;
2. That this lease shall have the duration of two ( 2 ) years commencing from the
execution of this contract , extendable upon the mutual agreement of both
parties;
3. That the LESSEE shall pay the LESSOR a monthly rental of Two Thousand ( P
2,000.00 ) Pesos, Philippine currency , payable every 30 th of the month.
4. That the LESSEE will pay the LESSOR two ( 2 )months deposit and two ( 2)
months advance;
5. That the improvement on the said space should be shouldered by the LESSEE
and will not be deducted from the rental;
6. That the monthly water, electric and like bills will be paid by the LESSEE within
the period of his stay;
7. That the LESSEE is obliged to serve cleanliness and peace within the premises
and it shall not be used in any immoral or scandalous purpose of intentions;
8. That the LESSEE is prohibited to store, stock or keep combustible material other
what is necessary for ordinary cooking use within the premises. He is duty
bound to observe fire safety measures;
9. That the LESSEE cannot in any manner transfer his right to any other person /
entity;
10. That any violation of the provision of this contract shall be ground for the
termination of this contract.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have here unto set their hands this 30
day of JULY, 2014 at Hermosa, Bataan.
