is
a

More
recent
films

(2010).
The
animation
styles
in
the
films
are
beautiful
to
look
at,
with
the
warm
colours
and
interesting
character
designs.
Batrice
Bonifassi,
Lina
Boudreau,
Lina
Boudreau
and
Jean-Claude
Donda
are
some
of
the
voice
stars
of
characters
in
The
Triplets
of
Belleville.
The
film
is
based
on
a
young
boy
who
is
raised
by
his
grandma
Madame
Souza,
having
a
childhood
passion
in
cycling
his
gran
trains
him
for
years
to
take
in
part
in
the
Tour
de
France.
With
endless
time
spent
on
practice
during
the
race
he
is
kidnapped.
His
grand
and
dog
chase
after
them
to
save
them
and
end
up
over
seas
in
a
town
called
Belleville.
With
no
money
and
nowhere
to
stay
three
elderly
women
take
them
in.
The
three
women
were
once
in
a
popular
jazz
group
named
The
Triplets
of
Belleville.
The
triplets
help
Souza
find
her
grandson
so
they
can
return
back
home
safely.
The
film
has
a
great
style
and
upbeat
music.
As
there
isnt
much
talking
in
the
film
the
music
really
helps
with
the
pace
of
the
movie.
The
characters
are
so
bizarre
looking
with
exaggeration
of
body
parts
yet
this
distinctive
style
has
this
lovely
charm,
and
would
recommend
others
to
watch
this
film.
