THE INNOVATIVE TECH PREVIEW

I realized that every business runs this kind of system. This
system has its advantages and disadvantages. The advantage of
using this system is that everything is stored in one computer.
The disadvantage is that everything is stored on one computer.
When the system goes down on the main computer, there is no
back up or any way to retrieve the information until the system is
back online.

STATE OF
TECHNOLOGY
I learned that the Horizon
has made projects that used
to take tremendous amount
of time to the convenience
of the down time. Mobile
devices have made most
jobs paperless, for example,
when UPS comes to drop off
an order to a company, the
customer signs on a mobile
device. By doing this, the
company receives an email
instead of a receipt.

LEARNING RESOURCES
I learned that teachers
must learn to adapt to
the changing world in
technology. Since
teachers are lifelong
learners, they are not
except from the new
technological discoveries.
If teachers want to be
successful educators,
they must learn how to
use the proper
technology in the
classroom. They must
discern what is effective
and what is not effective.

LEARNING GOAL

My personal learning goal

for this program is to have
a deeper understanding of
technology in order to
apply it in the classroom.

GOING MOBILE
Teaching from a mobile device can allow
access to teach students from any area in the
school. Technology gives the freedom to be
mobile.
