While pursuing Judgment of Absolute Divorce on April 24, 2014, Appellants former counsel

submitted a consent draft custody order that included Special Immigrant Juvenile findings. The
trial judge initially declined to make these findings, claiming they had to be specially plead.
When Appellants attorney pointed out that the request for these findings was plead, the judge
took a recess and said she would address the issue later. When the judge came back from recess,
she again declined to make these findings because she said they could only be made in a
guardianship case.
