pagamento em face de <span class=SpellE>Microleasing</span> S/A, pretendendo
consignar o valor das prestaes vencidas e no pagas, dos meses de abril,
maio, julho e setembro de 2012, referentes a um contrato de arrendamento
mercantil. <span class=GramE>Alega a arrendatria que, ao tentar quitar o
dbito dos referidos meses, a arrendadora cobrou valores exorbitantes, acima
daquele efetivamente devido, computando nos clculos a conhecida taxa de
permanncia, alm de multa no prevista no contrato e que a mesma se recusa a
receber os valores corretos, incidindo em mora, por esta razo, a credora.</span>
A arrendadora r apresentou simultaneamente contestao e reconveno. Em
contestao alegou que foi justa a recusa porque a consignante no efetuou os
depsitos no tempo, modo e lugar aprazados e que a mesma que se encontrava em
mora no momento da propositura da ao. Impugnou os valores depositados,
contestando os clculos do contador, sem, contudo, apontar o valor do seu
crdito e fez um pedido reconvencional de reintegrao na posse do bem
