Name of Artifact: Teacher Comparison

Date: September 24, 2013
Course: EDUC 101
Brief Description: For this assignment, I found two different elementary
teachers to interview. I pulled ten questions from a pool of questions.
Then I comprised all of the answers on to a PowerPoint with my
conclusion.
Rationale: To document my understanding of Standard #9, Professional
Learning and Ethical Practice, I selected to include my Teacher
Comparison because this assignment because as a teacher I was
furthering my learning by learning from others. Interviewing these
teachers gave me a good glance at teaching. I know I still have a lot
to learn but meeting those teachers makes me aware that I need
others to get through what I need to do to succeed as a teacher.
