Plan and support the daily tasks in the Human Resource Department. Review resumes of all incoming job
applicants. Host job fairs for student interns. Visit college campuses to recruit upcoming graduates who are
interested in Science and Engineering. Work with Sandia Management to better understand their needs of the
business to find a good match for their organization.

Technologist/Work Planner 10262-1 8/1/2010-6/1/2013

Plan and implement daily work for Corporate Transportation. Review work tickets and schedule work with line
customers. Provide metrics to upper management and contact customers who respond with negative comments
on our customer survey. Meet with line customers and attend OAA training to educate them on the services we
provide and give guidance and suggestions for a smooth transition. Develop, track and maintain PHS, WP&C
and training plan for all employees. Interact with IT regarding changes or enhancements that will have an
impact on Corporate Transportation. Assist on writing desk top and operating procedures.

Acting Team Lead, Transportation 10262-1-10/15/2010-8/1/2010

Provide guidance on a daily basis. Plan daily work, for tours, material movement, Fed-ex, JIT and web
shippers. Approve time cards, purchase orders and vacations. Approve fleet changes and exchanges. Post job,
interview and complete the hiring process. Approve medical leave, FMLA leave and respond to medical when
employees get injured and approve restriction. Experience with time keeping and approving time cards based
on work schedule, sick leave or FMLA. Meet and provide feedback to each employee during their year-end
evaluations while aware how to handle confidential personal information. Daily customer service and
interactions regarding a ticket that has been submitted or a package that needs to be located. Conduct daily and
weekly briefings and team meetings.

Acting Team Lead, Logistics Department 10263-1, 3-10/1/2009 to 10/15/2010

Provide guidance to employees on a daily basis. Responsible for the operations of the following three
departments: Receiving, Classified/Unclassified Mail and Supply Chain Help Desk. . Experience with time
keeping and approving time cards based on work schedule, sick leave or FMLA. Post job, interview and
complete hiring process. Make daily decisions concerning operations. Conduct weekly meetings. Meet and
provide feedback to each employee during their year-end and provide feedback to each employee during their
year-end evaluations while aware how to handle confidential personal information. Daily customer service and
interactions regarding purchase orders, item being delivered and how to submit a return.

ASA, Logistics Department 10263-1, 2, 3 4/1/2004-10/1/2009

Duties include support of Receiving, Mail and Materials Movement departments; Training coordinator,
management ES&H walk through, coordinate with medical department to include them in department meetings
to show lifting and moving techniques, meeting minutes, responsible for all projects being implanted, SDR for
the Pitney Bowes contract, responsible for acquiring checks for postal refills and pay PO box and caller service
fees. Retain metrics for the mailroom department, update procedures for Classified Mail, and work with
procurement on changes that pertain to the receiving department. Submit work request for employees who have
concerns with their work areas as well and maintaining their vehicles.

Mail Carrier, Logistics Department 10263-3, 1/1/2003-4/1/2004

Responsibilities included picking up mail for the Kirtland Post Office, x-ray 100% of mail, sort and get the mail
ready for distribution. Deliver and obtain signatures for all Express and Registered Mail. External
responsibilities were to apply postage to all outgoing mail according to size and weight. Prepare mail for other
Sandia sites as well as foreign and APO mail.
