OBJECTIVE
Psychomotor
The student will be able to perform the standing long jump by swinging arms, bending knees, and jumping
outward.
The student will understand exercises positive effect on the cardiovascular system by checking for an
increase in heart rate after exercise.
The student will compliment and encourage fellow students on their efforts at each of the stations.
