Victoria does a great job opening and closing lessons by introducing the topic of the lesson and also
summarizing it at the end. She should work on smooth transitioning between activities. Victoria is very open to
trying new things, especially involving technology.

Victoria is very familiar with our behavior plan and has come a long way in the past few weeks, becoming
more firm with students and is now able to discipline them in a far, but firm way.

Victoria is very comfortable leading the class, and having to re-direct and discipline students as needed.
However, there are times that she gets a bit overwhelmed and the students use this time as an opportunity to
take advantage and "get away" with things they normally would not be able to.

Victoria is very familiar with the students and their behaviors, strengths, and weaknesses. She provides me
with immediate feedback if she sees someone struggling or sees someone excelling. She also writes down the
names of students that struggle with completing work so that the following day she can keep up with them and
help them one on one, which is wonderful. However, I would like to see her keep a written record of daily
behaviors that can be improved and some possible ideas to help improve said behaviors.

Victoria is extremely professional and has a wonderful rapport with the students. She responds very well to
feedback, both positive and negative. She critiques herself each day and tells me what she could have done
better and what she thinks she did well. She is extremely flexible, always incorporating what needs to be done,
but also adding her own ideas.
