3) Grey water drain pipe to be 12" below grade at building

exit, with clean-out and diversion valve exterior to building.
Exception: the grey water line may exit above grade or be
less than 12 inches below grade (when protected from
physical damage) when the diverter valve is inside the
house in conditioned space. The diverter valve shall be
readily accessible for operation and replacement
4) Grey water to stub out for future irrigation. Irrigation
discharge to be 5' minimum from building foundation and
10' minimum from septic leach field
5) Grey water irrigation design to be approved by the
Coconino County Health Department.
