Maintain Number Range in controlling

Scenario : Internal Order Number Range KONK

Step1:
Enter controlling Area "e.g. 1000"
Step 2:
*Maintain Groups (F6 or select from menu "Group->Maintain")

Step 3:
*Insert Group (F6 or select from menu "Group->Insert

Step 4:
In text field - maintain the description and in Intervals field - maintain numbers
ranges from and to.
Trick 1st create Group with number range and then go back on maintain group
screen and then locate new created group with number range help. Description will
be something else. from Group menu, select change text and now correct this.

Step 5:
If you would like to assign CO Business Transactions (e.g COIN, KSPA, KSPB., etc.) to
your created group (e.g. Test). You should follow the below steps.
*Place the cursor on business transaction (e.g. COIN). Press F2 or menu Edit->
Select Element. COIN color will change.

Step 7:
*Place the cursor on your Group(e.g. Test). Press F5 or menu Edit-> Assign Element
Group.

Click on save.
