1 . I complied with regulatory standards, relevant legislation and the practice settings
policies and procedures by keeping confidentiality for my patients.
2. I acted in a responsible, ethical and accountable manner by coming to clinical at
least 25 minutes earlier and submitted all my work on time
3. I know my strengths and limitations and seek assistance from instructors and
colleagues. E.g. I asked the instructor or nurses to be with me when I was not
confidence about the wound care and injecting subcutaneous injection.
4. I used evidence informed practice and a theory-based approach by reading the text
book and watching the nursing skills videos before and after practice.
5 .I ensured client safety and a safe environment by keeping the side rail up, having
proper hand hygiene and call bell is beside the pt. or within their reach..

uncertain about some procedure in clinical setting.
