MICHIGAN STATE
UNIVERSITY
February 16, 2015
To Whom It May Concern,
The purpose of this letter is to confirm that Isaac Frank is enrolled in the teacher
preparation program at Michigan State University. This student is currently completing the
second semester of the teaching internship year, the final requirement for certification,
The student is in good standing and on track to become certified in the spring of 2015.
‘The College of Education must do a final review after grades become available in early May
to verify that all requirements for certification have been met. Once successful completion
of all program requirements has been verified, the candidate will be recommended to the
Michigan Department of Education (M2E) for certification. At that point, the candidate
will be billed by the MDE. As soon as the certification fee is paid, the certificate will be
available to the candidate online. We anticipate that all of our recommendations to the
MDE will be made in May/June of 2015.
It is the candidate's responsibility to apply for the Provisional Certificate. Instructions for
applying can be found on our website at http://education.msu.edu/certification/forms.asp.
Complete applications are processed first. Questions about certification requirements or
the application process should be addressed to the MSU Certification Office
(commen@msu.edu; [517] 353 5146).
Sincerely,
Rit Datebour—
