Adolf Hitler

Background

All great movements are popular movements. They are the volcanic
eruptions of human passions and emotions, stirred into activity by the
ruthless Goddess of Distress or by the torch of the spoken word cast into the
midst of the people
, said Adolf Hitler
.
(Adolf Hitler) This quote is significant,
because it shows how Hitler felt when he was leading the Nazis into WWII
and that he felt that his movement with the Nazis was so powerful it could
be considered volcanic. What it was like before Hitler became powerful in his
early life and in Germany. How Hitlers life was before he rose to power.
Adolf Hitler was born on April 20, 1889 in Braunau am Inn, Austria. In 1903
Hitlers dad, Alois Hitler died of a stroke. Then, in 1907 Hitlers mom, Klara
Hitler died from cancer. After that, in 1907 Hitler went to art school in
Vienna, Austria and he failed his entrance exam twice. How Germany was
before Hitler rose to power. Germany was in WWI and lost. Then, Germany
was forced to sign the Treaty of Versailles. (Background) Also, Germany had
to pay a 33 billion dollar war debt because of the Treaty of Versailles and
Germany lost land to France, Belgium, Denmark,
Czechoslovakia, and
Poland
. Last, Germany also had its army massively

Page 2
reduced after the treaty was implanted. (The Treaty of Versailles) The legacy
of Adolf Hitler was negative because he politically sabotaged Germany, his
ideas brought ideological genocide to Germany, and his military influence
nearly destroyed Europe.

Politics
The legacy of Adolf Hitler was negative because he used propaganda,
he also brainwashed people, and he was a political enemy because he had
the final solution.
One reason Hitler was a political enemy was due to his
propaganda. When the Nazis started their uprisings Hitler used propaganda
to get other people to join the Nazis. Then, Hitler also used propaganda to
get the people that were against the Nazis to believe in what they believed
in. After that, Hitler used propaganda to make the people believe that it was
the fault of the Jews that Germany lost WWI. Also Hitler was a political
enemy because he brainwashed people. Hitler brainwashed the people by
using propaganda and false advertising. Then, Hitler made posters about
how the Jews were bad and it was their fault they lost WWI and put them up
around Germany to make people believe in the Nazis. (About propaganda)
Then, Hitler brainwashed them with his powerful anti-semitic speeches about
how the jews were bad and he said
Hate is more lasting than dislike.
and
that described how he felt about the Jews. (Brainy quotes)

Page 3
Also in his speeches he thought that they should believe that the Aryan race
is the perfect race. Last, Hitler was a political enemy because he had the
final solution. He believed that the dominant race should be all the people
with blond hair and blue eyes, which is the Aryans. (Propaganda, Adolf
Hitler, Mein Kampf) Also, with the final solution Hitler believed that the Nazis
and himself would control all of Europe. The last part of Hitlers final solution
was to kill all the Jews. (propaganda 2)

Ideology
The legacy of Adolf Hitler was negative because he brought ideological
genocide to Germany with Mein Kampf and concentration camps. How it was
that Mein Kampf brought ideological genocide to Germany.
In 1924 Hitler
was sent to prison and their he wrote Mein Kampf. In Mein Kampf it talks
about Hitlers political ideas and his ideology on everything. Mein Kampf
translated to english means my struggle and he named it that not only
because he wrote it in prison but because he was in prison because the
failed Nazi invasion of the Beer Hall Putsch which was the Nazis first
attempt to get the German government by force. (Mein Kampf) After that,
Hitler brought ideological genocide to Germany with concentration camps.
The majority of the concentration camps were made as forced labor camps
and as crematoriums and were made to stored the Jews once they

Page 4
were captured and let them die in there. In total there were 20,000
concentration camps. There were twenty two main ones. The first
concentration camp built was Dachau and it was made in 1933. Then, the
methods of killing they had in the concentration camps were cremation, the
gas chamber, an acid shower, being shot, or being worked or starved to
death. In total there were 6 million Jews that died in or from the
concentration camps. (Concentration camps)

Military
The legacy of Adolf Hitler was negative because in WWII he got rid of

most of the Jews, he invented the blitzkrieg, and he made the plan called
the final solution. Another way Hitler was a political enemy was that he killed
6 million Jews in WWII.
Hitler wanted to kill all the Jews because he thought
it was their fault that Germany lost WWI. There were several Jews that went
into hiding because of how Hitler wanted all the Jews to die. The Nazi police
called the Gestapo would patrol the streets and look for hiding Jews and if
the found them they would ether kill them or take them to a concentration
camp. (Concentration camps) Next, how Hitler used the blitzkrieg as a
military strategy. The plan for the blitzkrieg was to first fly in planes and
have them drop bombs on the enemies, after that the tanks and infantry

Page 5
went in and killed all the remaining troops and defences. When Hitler used
this attack strategy he almost never lost a battle with it since it was so
powerful. Also, with the blitzkrieg Hitler took over most of Europe. Last,
Hitler's military plan of attack was the final solution and it was a great plan
that could have took over the world. The final solution with how it was
planned out he could have taken out any country that opposed him. The
order of attack was to first take out Czechoslovakia, and then Britain, after
that France, after that came Russia and last was The United States of
America, then if had got that far he would have taken out the rest of the
world with no problem. (Final solution)

Conclusion
The legacy of Adolf Hitler was negative because of what he did in

WWII. It has affected us today in the way that people are treated, peoples
view on Jews, and how Germany is economically.
What Hitler did in WWII
has affected us today. From what Hitler did in WWII there is more racial
discrimination against the different races from how strongly he felt about
anti-semitism. Now in Germany without Hitler in power the Jews are free to
do as they please. Next, how from what Hitler did in WWII affects our view
on Jews today. With how big Hitlers lead against the Jews was there are still
certain people that are against the Jews. After that there is racial

Page 6
discrimination and anti-semitism against the Jews. Last, how Germany is
economically from WWII. Germany is currently in 3.2 trillion dollars of debt,
not all of it is from WWII but some of it is since war is expensive. The
economy in Germany is a little bit unstable but it is reasonable. Last, there is
a 5.5% unemployment rate which is good. They have done a good job
recovering from the war. (Economy) To sum up, the legacy of Adolf Hitler
was negative because he politically sabotaged Germany, his ideas brought
ideological genocide to Germany, and his military influence nearly destroyed
Europe.
