Item 1:

Below I attached a newsletter I created for the

community and parents. It is a summer newsletter to promote
athletics and healthy nutrition for kids. This newsletter
demonstrates my ability to contribute to a common culture
that supports high expectations. I am trying to broaden the
community. I want to give back to the local community because
home is where the heart is. I want to make the surrounding
environment a better place so these kids can be provided with
the greatest opportunities in life!

Item 2:
Below I attached a picture of my last Captain coin toss as
a collegiate football player. I was a two-year captain of the
football team at the University of Seton Hill. Being a captain
was a tremendous honor. My teammates voted each year that
they wanted to be there captain. By voting me two years in a
row I demonstrated enough leadership skills to handle the job.
I did my best it was a blessing. As I go through my educational
journey I will use these leadership skills to guide my
classroom. The standards above talk about professional
growth and leadership skills. I have demonstrated that in my
Seton Hill career by being selected a captain at the college
level two years in a row. I will implement that into my students
as well!

Thank you for viewing my Educational artifacts through my Seton

Hill University career that connected to the INTASC and NAEYC
Standards. I hope you enjoyed and learned something new. If you click
the button below it will take you to the INTASC and NAEYC Standards
information page. Above click the tabs to continue your journey
through my Educational Portfolio!
