Attend weekly ad meetings to assist with producer decisions on campaign launches for new productions
Track and assist with advertising, marketing and press approvals for all producer decisions
Maintain appointment and meeting calendars for both Scott and Philip
Participate in all producer attended meetings including casting, creative development, production meetings and contract negotiation
Assist with investor relations and correspondence including opening night preparations

As an intern at the Tony Award-winning Williamstown Theatre Festival, I gained experience at one of the top summer theatre festivals in the
nation. In this position, I worked closely with year-round staff, in addition to summer staff and guest artists.
Worked as a personal assistant to Chita Rivera for the run of The Visit (June-August)
Coordinated with the Company Management office to book travel and transportation to the festival for the company
Worked as a liaison to the guest artists to ensure that they were comfortable and taken care of at the festival
Assisted high-profile talent including the creative team of The Visit and Nina Arianda, among others
Assisted with company-related needs including emergency services, housing and dietary issues, in addition to other problems as they arose
throughout the summer
