This year costumers survey indicated a variety of results for instance


the transport links were rated as good for more than the 90% of the
surveyed but the parking lot was rated as much as the transport links
but poorly rated; the check in and passport control had different result
it was rated by majority as poor now the VIP lounge was badly rated
as well, while the security of the airport did satisfactory the signs
including tvs werent that good either the baggage as the terminal
facilities as the public announcement were badly rated.
As you can see this are alarming results that could affect the
reliability of the company so I suggest you an immediate change in
the administration of this instances because doing so we will satisfy
costumers demands that will automatically boost our proficiency and
could make us stand among our competitors.
