It is my honor to offer this letter of recommendation for Crystal McMillon. I

have worked with Crystal at National Council on Alcoholism and Drug DependenceGreater Detroit Area here in Detroit, MI. Having served as our BSW Student Intern, I
have found her to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication
and a smile, while diligently pursuing her educational goals.
Besides being a joy to work with, Crystal is a take-charge person who is able
to present creative ideas and communicate them effectively. She has successfully
developed a positive rapport with all of her peers who have participated in our
program. During her tenure, we observed her positive impact and commitment to hard
work with our program and her studies.
Though she has been an asset to our hands on approach with our students,
Crystal was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of our program. Whenever
Crystal assumed a leadership role it was always refreshing, inspiring and motivating
to see the outcomes. Her passion for the field of Social Work and her thirst for
knowledge are exemplary.
I highly recommend Crystal McMillon for your Master degree program. She
