14 Before the Court is plaintiffs’ Motion to Allow Use of PowerPoint Slides in Hearing on
15 Motion to Dismiss. Defendant’s have filed opposition thereto.
16 To the extent plaintiffs seek permission to bring computer and monitor equipment into
17 the Federal Building, and, in particular, Courtroom 7, for use in arguing their opposition to
18 defendant’s motion to dismiss, the motion is hereby GRANTED.
19 To the extent plaintiffs seek permission to make a PowerPoint presentation, the Court
20 hereby GRANTS the motion conditioned on plaintiffs’ providing defendant, on or before the
21 date of the hearing, an opportunity to view the slides in advance of plaintiffs’ presentation, and
22 subject to any objection defendant may thereafter raise.
23 Additionally, because the Court will be unavailable to hear the matter on October 29,
24 2004, the hearing is hereby CONTINUED to November 5, 2004 at 9:00 a.m.
25 This order terminates Docket No. 30.
