1.CompanyPayaddresshowpayiscomputed(salary,wage,commission),andwhen
payisdistributed.
Employeeswillearnasalarywhichwillbedistributedonthe25thofeach
month.
2.DeductionsfromPaycheck(Mandatory)defineandidentifymandatorypayroll
deductions(federaltax,statetax,FICA,etc.)
$179,506.93
3.DeductionsfromPaycheck(Other)defineandidentifynonmandatorypayroll
deductions.
Employeeswillreceiveadeductionfromtheirpaycheckifinappropriatebehavior
presentsitselfasaproblem.
4.ErrorinPaydefineandaddressactiontobetakenbyemployeeandemployer
situationinvolvingerrorinpay.
Ifthereareanyerrorsinpay,itwillbeaddressedpromptly
andpaywillbefixed.
5.OvertimePaydefineandaddresscomputationofovertime.
Employeeswillnotworkovertime,thus,thecompanydoesnotpayovertime.
6.PayPeriodandHoursdefineandaddresspayperiod,hours,andpayday.
Employeeswillbepaidmonthly.8am5pm(1hourlunchbreakfrom12pmto1pm).Paydayis
onthe25thofeachmonth.
7.Reportingtimepaydefineandaddressproceduresforreportingtimepay(iesignin
sheettimecards,etc.)
Attendancesheetswillbeusedtokeeptrackofemployee
attendance.
8.Timecards/Recordsdefineandaddressmethodforkeepingtrackoftime,anddue
datesofrecordstoPayroll.
AttendancesheetswillbetransferredtoanExceldocumenton
adailybasiswhereabsenceswillresultindeductionsfrompaycheck.
9.TerminationandSeverancePaydefineandaddressgroundsforterminationand
severancepay.
Allemployeeswillreceiveseverancepayaftertermination.
10.WageAssignments(Garnishments)defineandaddresshowwagegarnishments
willbehandled.
Wagegarnishmentswillbedirectlypaidtotheplaintiffcreditor.

PerformanceandCompensationReviews:
1.PerformanceReviewsaddressperformancereviews,andtheperiodofreview.
Employeeofthemonthwillreceivea10%increaseintheirsalaryforthemonth.
2.CompensationReviewsaddresscompensationreviewandthecriteriaforsalary
wages.
Reviewtheemployeescompensationhistory,marketvalueofemployeepositionand
totalcompensationforupcomingyear.
